在 Issara 餐厅&酒吧，我们不仅是一处用餐目的地；我们还致力于打造一流的餐厅和酒吧，我们是一次跨越大陆和文化的烹饪之旅。我们的故事始于富有梦想的主厨 Nikola Lesar，他的烹饪专业知识和冒险精神塑造了我们独特的用餐体验。

主厨 Nikola Lesar：烹饪奥德赛

主厨 Nikola Lesar 于 2012 年在克罗地亚版著名电视烹饪节目《厨艺大师》中获得冠军，从此声名鹊起。年仅 22 岁的他踏上了变革之旅，就是前往泰国，那里是他烹饪事业的中心。

在荣获厨艺大师称号后，Nikola 主厨在著名的克罗地亚厨师 Dino Glavagno 的指导下，在萨格勒布著名的 5/4 餐厅磨练了自己的厨艺。然而，正是他对探索的永不满足的渴望吸引了他来到亚洲。

在中国、日本、越南、柬埔寨、尼泊尔、泰国和印度等国家的200天逗留中，唤醒了他对这片大陆多样化和充满活力的风味的感知。

认识一下 FILIP LESAR：一位雄心勃勃、拥有全球专业知识的调酒师

Filip Lesar为Nikola的兄弟，是一位雄心勃勃的调酒师，拥有丰富的国际经验。 16 岁时Filip 就进入酒店行业，磨练了自己的技能，并从著名的 “ebs” 欧洲调酒师学校毕业，成为一名调酒师。在法国、阿姆斯特丹、普吉岛和克罗地亚任职六年之后，他加入 Issara当团队领导者，成为 Nikola 不可或缺的得力助手。

以曾在万豪等著名精品酒店和五星级酒店接受培训的丰富背景，Filip 在酒吧管理、调酒和酒店管理方面积累了深厚的专业知识。这些丰富的经验现在有望在普吉岛留下印记。 Filip 从异国情调的原料中汲取灵感，采用创新的 “创意性” 思维方式，用他独特的招牌鸡尾酒来挑逗您的味蕾。

  We are staying in the Kata beach area and seen Issara on TripAdvisor and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and so fresh and so much to choose from. The cocktails were very tasty and the decor of the restaurant is so lovely with a real jungle theme. The staff were so friendly and really helpful. However, I observed a discrepancy between the prices listed on the menu provided in the restaurant and those on their website. This inconsistency could be confusing and misleading for customers who check the menu online before visiting.
